Is omega 3 good for weight loss?

I'm trying to lose some weight and get back in shape. I heard omega 3 can help with weight loss efforts. Is this just a myth, or does it actually contribute to shedding kilos?

As a diabetic, I use omega 3 mainly for my heart and cholesterol, but I noticed it also helps with appetite control. It is a healthy fat so it doesn't spike blood sugar at all. Just consult your doctor for the right dose.

Haan na, omega 3 is good because it helps improve metabolism and controls cravings. But don't expect it to melt fat on its own, you still have to do your diet and walking. It is a good support though!

I used to feel so down about not being able to lose weight despite trying everything. Adding omega 3 slowly helped with my overall energy levels and reduced inflammation, making workouts easier. Don't lose hope, it takes time.

At 52, my metabolism is slower than my old scooter! Omega 3 is good for joints and metabolism, which helps you stay active enough to lose weight. Don't expect it to do magic while we sit on the sofa though.

Yes! Omega 3 helps keep you full and boosts fat burning when paired with a good workout routine. It is definitely a great addition to your fitness journey. Go for it and ask your doctor for a good brand!
