Is omad good for weight loss?

I'm looking for a way to lose weight faster, and I came across something called the OMAD diet. It sounds a bit extreme, but people are saying it helps with rapid weight loss. Is it really effective for shedding kilos?

Yaar, OMAD definitely works for some people because you end up eating fewer calories, but don't stress yourself too much with it. If it makes you irritable and starving all day, it is not worth the headache. Find something that you can actually enjoy doing long-term!

Ghar ka khana normally works best for weight loss. Instead of fasting for 23 hours which is very difficult for a normal working person, just reduce your oil, cut down tea-time biscuits, and walk a bit. Simple changes are much easier to stick to.

Let's be real, OMAD is just calorie restriction packaged in a fancy way. It works for weight loss simply because you can't overeat in one hour, but it is super hard to sustain. If you have a busy social life or late meetings, it will fail.

I completely understand the desperation to lose weight, I used to feel so anxious about my scale numbers every morning. OMAD can show quick results, but it also made my acidity and food anxiety much worse. Just be very gentle with your body.

True, it helps drop weight fast initially. But make sure you are getting enough protein and vitamins in that single meal so you don't lose hair or feel weak.

My cousin tried OMAD and lost a lot of weight, but my mother was very worried about his digestion. Honestly, it is best to check with a local nutritionist or doctor before stopping regular meals. Every body type reacts differently to fasting.
