Is olipop safe during pregnancy?

I'm expecting and trying to be very careful about what I consume. I've been craving a fizzy drink, and Olipop looks appealing. Is Olipop safe during pregnancy?

Beta, during pregnancy it is always best to avoid packaged and fizzy drinks. If you have digestion or gas issues, try drinking light ginger water or fresh buttermilk at home. It is much safer for the little one.

It is generally safe as it has very low sugar, but do watch out for the caffeine content in some of their flavors.

I had gestational diabetes during my pregnancy, so I had to be extremely careful with anything sweet. Olipop has inulin which can cause gas or bloating in some pregnant women. Please show the ingredient list to your gynaecologist before drinking it.

My wife drank it a couple of times, actually it was totally fine yaar. It has way less sugar than regular Coke, so it satisfies the craving without the guilt. Just avoid the cola flavor because of the caffeine.

Hey babe, don't stress too much! Olipop is actually a lifesaver when you want that fizzy kick but want to avoid harmful aspartame or high sugar. Just check the labels for herbs and limit it to one can.

Olipop contains prebiotic fibers like chicory root, which can cause mild digestive upset during pregnancy. If you are a busy working mom-to-be, stick to simple coconut water for hydration. It is safer and much easier to source.

I completely understand how terrifying it is to eat or drink anything during these nine months, you constantly worry if it's safe. Olipop has low sugar and is mostly fine, but to ease your mind, just have half a can and see how your body reacts.
