Is noom a good weight loss program?

I've been struggling to lose weight for a while now and heard about Noom. A few friends said it works for them. I'm considering signing up, but I want to know if it's actually an effective and sustainable weight loss program.

Maine try kiya tha thode din weight loss ke liye. Haan na, starting mein it is very nice because they track everything you eat. Par daily log karna thoda hectic ho jata hai self-discipline ke bina.

It focuses majorly on psychology and calorie density, categorizing foods into red, yellow, and green. When I asked my general physician about it, he said it is a decent tool for behavior change but warned me not to cut down on healthy fats just because they are labeled red. Ultimately, sustainability is what matters.

The app is good for tracking food, but you cannot rely on diet changes alone. I always pair my calorie tracking with a solid 45-minute brisk walk daily to keep my metabolism active. Just make sure to consult your physical trainer or doc before starting any new intense cardio routine.

Yes, it is quite helpful for building long-term eating habits if you stay consistent with logging your meals.

Honestly, as a food lover, those red category warnings for simple things like nuts and oils gave me major guilt trips! It teaches you portion control, but handling sweet cravings with just water and fruits feels impossible sometimes. You have to be mentally prepared to compromise on your biryani.

Between my late-night work shifts and terrible sleep schedule, logging my midnight coffee on that app was just depressing. It works if you have your life sorted, but for us exhausted souls, sometimes surviving the day is enough achievement without worrying about color-coded food charts.
