Is newself weight loss legit?

I've been seeing a lot of ads for a weight loss program called 'Newself Weight Loss'. They promise quick results without much effort. Before I sign up, I wanted to know if Newself Weight Loss is a legitimate program or just another scam.

Honestly, don't rush into buying these online weight loss programs. As a medical professional, I always tell people that these customized plans are usually just basic calorie counting wrapped in fancy marketing. Better to consult a local clinical dietitian who can understand your routine and medical history properly.

I was checking them out last month too and decided to skip. It is better to just track your regular home food on a free app, that works way better and is totally free.

My daughter tried one of these online weight plans recently because she was desperate to shed some weight before college. Honestly, she just got frustrated with their extreme meal restrictions and felt very weak. We stopped it and now she is doing normal ghar ka khana and going for daily walks, which is much safer.

Arre, at this age, I have realized these weight loss advertisements only lose weight from our wallets. I also got tempted looking at their ads on Instagram. Trust me, just cutting down on tea sugar and late-night snacks is more legit than any online program.

I actually did a lot of reading on these meal-replacement and customized weight loss programs last year. When I asked my doctor during my annual checkup, she strictly told me to avoid them. She said these rapid weight loss promises can mess up your thyroid and gallbladder, so I dropped the idea.
