Is myo inositol safe during pregnancy?

I've been taking Myo-inositol for a while to help with my PCOS symptoms. Now I'm pregnant and wondering if it's still safe to continue taking it. My doctor hasn't specifically said yes or no yet, so I'm a bit confused.

Myo-inositol is often used for PCOS and sometimes continued during pregnancy to prevent gestational diabetes. However, when you are pregnant, you have zero time for trial and error. Just send a quick email or call your gynecologist to get their direct approval before taking any supplements.

Haan, myo-inositol is quite popular these days for sugar control, but pregnancy me bina doctor ki advice ke kuch nahi lena chahiye, na. Actually, even harmless-looking supplements can sometimes cause issues. Apne gynecologist se ek baar pakka consult kar lo before starting.

I tracked my supplement intake on my health app and saw that many studies show myo-inositol is quite safe and even beneficial during pregnancy for blood sugar control. Still, you should never rely on app data or online trends alone. Get your doctor to review the exact dosage and brand you plan to use.

Nowadays there is a new fancy supplement name every week, it's hard to keep up! While people say myo-inositol is safe, my advice is to keep things simple when pregnant. Don't swallow any pill unless your obstetrician explicitly writes it down on your prescription slip.

Many women take this for insulin resistance, but pregnancy is a very sensitive time. Instead of buying expensive supplements on your own, stick to healthy, home-cooked food and regular mild walks. Show the supplement bottle to your doctor on your next routine checkup visit.
