Is mounjaro or zepbound better for weight loss?

I've been trying to lose weight for a while now, and my cousin who lives abroad mentioned these new medications. She said they help a lot with stubborn weight. Can anyone tell me if Mounjaro or Zepbound is more effective for weight loss?

Honestly, both have the same active ingredient so they work similarly, but with PCOS we have to be extra careful. I've read some people react better to one over the other depending on their body type. Better to consult your endocrinologist first to see what suits your hormone profile.

Bro, my cousin was looking into this and actually they are the exact same drug from the same company, just branded differently. One is officially for diabetes and the other is for obesity. Check with a doc about what's legal and available in India first.

No matter which one you choose with your doctor's nod, remember they are just tools. You still need to hit your protein targets and do some strength training. Otherwise, you'll lose weight but might end up feeling weak.

They both are very strong for weight loss, but make sure you back it up with daily steps. Even if the doctor prescribes one of these, try to get at least 30 minutes of brisk walking in daily. It really helps keep the muscle loss away when you drop weight fast.

I totally understand how stressful it is to choose between such major medications, I used to overthink this daily. Try not to panic about making the perfect choice. Your doctor will know exactly which brand matches your medical history.
