Is mayo good for weight loss?

I'm trying to lose a few kilos for a wedding, and I'm very careful about my calorie intake. I'm curious if mayo can actually be good for weight loss, maybe in moderation, or if it's best to avoid it.

Definitely not 'good' for weight loss, friend. Mayo is very calorie-dense. I wish I had paid more attention to my diet earlier, now dealing with consequences. Please consult a dietician for proper guidance instead of self-experimenting. Every calorie counts, especially from things like this.

With PCOS, weight management is a constant battle, and mayo is one of those things I've learned to be extremely cautious with. It's high in fat and calories, so it's generally best to avoid it or use minimal quantities of a light version. Don't get disheartened, small changes make a big difference.

From a fitness perspective, mayo is a calorie-dense condiment. If you're looking to lose weight, you want to create a calorie deficit, and mayo makes that harder. Focus on lean protein, veggies, and don't forget your daily walk or workout if your doctor says it's okay!

For weight loss, especially if you have thyroid issues like me, every food choice matters. Mayo is quite high in calories and fat, which won't support weight loss goals. It's better to stick to fresh, whole foods and always follow up with your doctor or a nutritionist regularly.

Nah, bro, mayo is not good for weight loss. It's full of fat and calories. I tried to lose weight last year, and my trainer told me to cut it out completely. Made a difference, honestly. Stick to healthier dips.
