Is marshmallow good for weight loss?

I'm on a weight loss journey and trying to find healthy snack alternatives. I saw some 'healthy' marshmallows online. Is marshmallow actually good for weight loss, or is it just a marketing trick?

I'm curious about this too! Marshmallows are mostly sugar and gelatin, right? I can't imagine how that would be good for weight loss. Maybe if you're replacing a whole dessert with just one marshmallow, but otherwise, they're pretty calorie-dense. Not sure this is a real thing.

I track my food intake religiously on my app, and marshmallows definitely don't fit into a weight loss plan. They are high in sugar and empty calories, offering almost no nutritional value. For weight loss, focus on protein, fiber, and whole foods. Marshmallows are a treat, not a health food.

Haha, if marshmallows were good for weight loss, my diet would consist purely of s'mores and hot chocolate! 😂 But seriously, they're basically sugar clouds. Delicious, yes, but not exactly a fat-burning superfood. Don't worry, you're not missing out on a secret weight-loss hack, just a sweet treat!

Oh, that's an interesting thought! But honestly, marshmallows are like, pure sugar and corn syrup, right? They don't really have any fiber or protein to keep you full. For weight loss, it's usually about nutrient-dense foods. So, I don't think marshmallows would be a good choice. Maybe just as an occasional treat in super small amounts!

No, marshmallows are mostly sugar and not ideal for weight loss. Better to avoid them.
