Is lmnt safe for pregnancy?

I'm pregnant and have been experiencing some dehydration, so my friend recommended LMNT electrolytes. I just want to be extra careful during pregnancy. Is LMNT safe to consume during this time?

LMNT has a very high sodium content, which might not be ideal during pregnancy unless you are working out a lot or losing fluids. I kept up with light walking during my pregnancy, but I stuck to normal coconut water for electrolytes after consulting my gynecologist.

LMNT contains a massive dose of sodium, around 1000mg per packet. During pregnancy, high sodium can affect your blood pressure, so please don't start it without asking your doctor. Fresh lemon water with a pinch of rock salt is a much safer, natural choice.

It is always better to be double careful during these special nine months! 🌸 LMNT has high sodium, so do ask your gynecologist first before trying it. Wishing you a healthy and happy pregnancy! 😊

Pregnancy me bina doctor se pooche kuch mat lena, haan? LMNT me sodium bahut zyada hota hai, jo BP badha sakta hai. Normal nimbu paani ghar pe bana kar piyo, woh sabse best aur safe hai na.

During my pregnancy, I had bad muscle cramps and wanted to try heavy electrolyte drinks, but my doctor advised against high-sodium commercial packs. She suggested basic ORS or buttermilk instead, which worked wonderfully and safely.

LMNT is formulated for people on keto or doing intense training, so it has 1000mg of sodium. That is way too much for a normal pregnant woman and can cause swelling or high blood pressure. Don't use it without your OB-GYN's green light.

Unless you are planning to run a marathon while pregnant, that much salt is probably overkill! Better to save the fancy electrolyte packets and stick to local nariyal paani. Your doctor will also thank you for keeping it simple!
