Is liquid iv good for weight loss?

I'm trying to lose weight and someone told me that Liquid IV might help with metabolism and energy during workouts. Is Liquid IV good for weight loss, or is it just for rehydration?

Liquid IV actually hydration ke liye hai, weight loss ke liye nahi, haan na. It has sugar and calories in it, so if you drink too much of it, weight kam hone ke badle badh jayega. Plain water is best for dieting.

Look, don't fall for these marketing gimmicks. Liquid IV is meant to rehydrate people after heavy workouts or sickness. It contains sugar and sodium, which won't help you lose weight at all. Stick to normal water and a balanced diet, okay?

People on the internet will sell you anything as a weight loss remedy. Liquid IV has almost 45-50 calories per packet because of the sugar. It makes no sense to drink this if you are trying to cut down calories. Please verify with a dietitian.

I tried using electrolyte mixes to curb my hunger during my weight loss journey, but it just made me retain water weight because of the high sodium. Nothing beats drinking plain green tea or lemon water without sugar if you want to lose weight.

Actually, Liquid IV weight loss product hai hi nahi yaar! It is just a heavy electrolyte mix for dehydration. If you drink it daily without doing heavy workouts, you are just adding unnecessary sugar calories to your day.

I was just checking the nutritional facts of Liquid IV. One packet has around 11 grams of sugar. If you are on a strict diet, drinking this will actually eat up your daily carb allowance. It is definitely not meant for weight loss.

Stay positive and listen to your body's natural needs. Real weight loss comes from simple, mindful eating and drinking pure water. We do not need these packaged chemical drinks to find balance and health.

Haha, if drinking sugar water made us lose weight, I would be a supermodel by now! Liquid IV is for when you are dehydrated, not for fitting into your old jeans. Stick to normal tap water, my friend.

My college-going son wanted to buy this online thinking it would help him look lean. I told him strictly that it is just salty-sugary water. We started making fresh, salt-free buttermilk for him at home instead, which is much better.

In our days, we had tender coconut water or barley water for hydration. These modern packets contain high salts and sugars which are not good for daily use if you are trying to lose weight. Stick to simple, home-made drinks.
