Is lemon balm safe during pregnancy?

I'm in my first trimester and dealing with some anxiety, and a friend suggested lemon balm. I want to be very careful with what I take, so is lemon balm considered safe during pregnancy?

As a busy working mother, I know we look for quick natural ways to ease pregnancy anxiety. While lemon balm is generally considered mild, herbal safety isn't heavily regulated. Just drop a quick message to your OB-GYN before consuming it daily so you don't take any unnecessary risks.

Actually yaar, during pregnancy, you shouldn't experiment with random herbal teas. My sister wanted to try lemon balm for sleep, but her doctor strictly said no to most herbal supplements in the first trimester. Just stick to regular warm water or ginger tea after asking your doc.

Please do not trust random health blogs or online forums for pregnancy advice. Even natural herbs can have active uterine-stimulating compounds or affect hormone levels. Always verify directly with your gynecologist before drinking any herbal concoctions during these critical nine months.

Haan, log bolte hain natural cheezein safe hoti hain, par pregnancy me extra care chahiye na. Lemon balm calming toh hota hai, but concentrated forms me avoid hi karo. Safe side par rehne ke liye apne doctor se ek baar confirm kar lo.

During pregnancy, keeping a calm mind is beautiful, but it is best to rely on gentle pranayama and simple deep breathing rather than consuming unfamiliar herbs. Your body is highly sensitive right now. Let your hydration be pure, simple water, and always keep your doctor informed.
