Yes, kiwi is amazing for weight loss! It is so low in calories and the fiber keeps you full, so you don't keep munching on junk. I usually throw it in my morning oats.

With my PCOS, I have to be very careful about sweet fruits, but kiwi is quite low GI and doesn't cause weight issues for me. It's a safe fruit option, though overall lifestyle changes are what really make the difference.

For busy days, kiwi is perfect because you can just cut it in half and scoop it out with a spoon in seconds. It's low-calorie, high-fiber, and saves time when you need a quick, healthy snack at the office.

Kiwi is great but can be expensive to buy daily. A practical solution is to eat it twice a week, and use cheaper local fruits like guava and papaya for the other days. They all help with weight loss.

My daughter wanted to lose some weight healthily, so we replaced her processed evening snacks with sliced kiwi and some almonds. It has really helped her digestion and stopped her sweet cravings.

I am just starting my fitness journey and looking for low-calorie snacks. Is it better to eat kiwi in the morning on an empty stomach, or is it okay to have it as an evening snack before dinner?

Haan, weight loss ke liye toh kiwi best hai na! Low calorie hai aur digestive system bhi acha rakhti hai. Bas cold water mat pina iske turant baad.
