Is it safe to tan during pregnancy?

I'm going on a babymoon to the beach, and I love getting a tan. I'm a bit worried now that I'm pregnant. Is it safe to tan during pregnancy, or should I avoid sun exposure completely for the baby's sake?

Beta, garbh mein jab naya jeevan hota hai, toh har cheez ka dhyaan rakhna padta hai. Dhoop mein zyada rehna ya tan karna achha nahi. Apne shareer ko aur bacche ko bachao garmi se. Ghar mein raho, halka phulka kaam karo, sab theek hoga.

Absolutely not recommended to tan during pregnancy. Your skin is extra sensitive due to hormonal changes, increasing the risk of melasma (dark patches) and sunburn. Plus, overheating is a concern for the baby. Best to stay in the shade or use a high SPF sunscreen. Seriously, avoid it.

Tan karna? Pregnancy mein? Arrey, abhi toh body waise hi itna kuch adjust kar rahi hai! Plus, hormonal changes ke wajah se skin pe daag dhabbe aur hyperpigmentation ka risk zyada hota hai. Better to just embrace the natural glow, ya phir indoors raho thoda. One less thing to worry about!

When I was pregnant, my doctor strictly advised against tanning. Not only for the risks to my skin (like melasma, which is very common in pregnancy), but also because getting overheated is not good for the baby. It's a small sacrifice for those nine months. Focus on staying cool and comfortable.

Jab main pregnant thi, toh hum ghar se zyada bahar bhi nahi jaate the dhoop mein. Skin bahut sensitive ho jaati hai na. Tan karne se us waqt bahut saare daag pad jaate hain. Abhi toh sirf bacche ka socho. Yeh sab baad mein bhi ho sakta hai.
