Is it safe to take acetaminophen during pregnancy?

I'm having a persistent headache, and I'm pregnant, so I'm very careful about what I take. My doctor said paracetamol is okay, but I just wanted to double-check. Is it safe to take acetaminophen during pregnancy for headaches?

For something as critical as pregnancy medication, you really need to speak to your gynecologist. I track everything on my health app, but for actual meds, especially when pregnant, it's always doc's advice first. Don't risk it based on internet info!

Hi! This is a very common question for expectant mothers. While acetaminophen (like paracetamol) is generally considered safe in pregnancy, it's absolutely vital to confirm with your own doctor. They know your medical history and can advise on the correct dosage and frequency. Please consult your Gynae before taking anything.

Pregnant ho toh seedha doctor se poocho, koi bhi medicine lene se pehle. Yahan pe sab general advice denge, but tumhari condition doctor hi best jaanega. Bilkul risk mat lo.

When I was pregnant and had a bad headache, my doctor specifically told me that paracetamol (acetaminophen) was okay in moderation, but stressed on checking with him first for dosage and duration. It's really important to get specific advice from YOUR doctor, not general info.
