Oh god, diarrhea during pregnancy sounds so scary! I'd be panicking, thinking of dehydration and everything. Please, please make sure you're drinking plenty of fluids, electrolytes are important. And call your doctor right away to get their advice, don't wait. Better safe than sorry!
Firstly, try to remember what you ate recently. Sometimes it's just a bad food reaction. Stick to bland, easy-to-digest foods like khichdi, curd rice. Avoid spicy or oily food completely. And hydrate, hydrate, hydrate! If it doesn't get better quickly, see a doc, don't risk dehydration.
Look, if it's just a one-off mild episode, keep yourself hydrated. But if it's persistent, accompanied by fever, severe pain, or any blood, don't waste time. Call your gynaecologist immediately. You don't want complications or dehydration during pregnancy, it's not worth delaying.
Having another health issue like high BP (which I manage) makes you extra careful during pregnancy. Diarrhea can mess with your electrolyte balance and hydration, which is very important for BP too. Please get it checked by your doctor promptly to rule out any serious causes and manage it effectively.
My daughter had a bout of it during her first trimester. Her doctor told her to focus on ORS and tender coconut water. Also, to avoid any dairy or anything that could irritate the stomach more. It cleared up in a day or two, but she still called the doctor to be safe. So, talk to your doctor!
Gentle care for your body is important now. When you have diarrhea, the body is cleansing itself. Focus on warmth, rest, and simple foods. Do light breathing exercises if you can, to stay calm. But if it persists or feels severe, listen to your body and seek medical advice without delay.
Hydration is key, always! Especially during pregnancy, your body needs more fluids. If you're experiencing diarrhea, focus on light, binding foods. Avoid sugary drinks or anything that might upset your stomach further. If it doesn't stop, see a doc. Don't try to power through.

Oh no, sounds like your tummy is having a little party it wasn't invited to! 😂 But on a serious note, dehydration is no joke during pregnancy. Keep sipping on fluids and if it's becoming a full-blown concert down there, better let your gynaecologist be the bouncer and check it out!
As if pregnancy isn't tiring enough, diarrhea adds another level of 'I need sleep!' Seriously though, it can quickly lead to dehydration and exhaustion. Drink a ton of water and ORS. If you're running to the toilet too often, just call your doc. You need your energy!
Having PCOS, I've learned that our bodies can be a bit more sensitive to changes. Diarrhea, if it's severe or prolonged, can definitely be a concern during pregnancy, mainly due to dehydration and potential electrolyte imbalance. It's always best to contact your doctor right away to figure out the cause and best course of action for your specific case.
