Is instant hydration safe for pregnancy?

I am in my second trimester, and sometimes I feel a bit dehydrated, especially after walking. I saw some 'instant hydration' drinks at the store. Are these types of drinks safe to have during pregnancy?

Yes, hydration is key but please check the sugar levels in those packets before using them daily.

Staying hydrated is super important, especially if you are doing light walking during pregnancy. Just make sure your doctor clears any specific supplement you take.

Home-made electrolyte like buttermilk or salted lemonade is best. If you feel very dizzy or have severe vomiting, don't rely on these drinks and go to the hospital immediately.

Don't buy those fancy hydration powders online blindly. Coconut water or normal nimbu paani is much safer and verified by generations, so ask your doc first.

Standard ORS is usually super safe and helpful for morning sickness! Just double check with your doctor for any specific brand.

Keep your mind peaceful and drink plenty of pure water. Natural tender coconut water is a wonderful gift from nature that keeps mother and baby healthy.

In our days, we drank barley water and fresh juices to stay hydrated. Don't worry too much, just keep taking small sips of liquids throughout the day.

Fancy instant hydration powders are quite overpriced. Normal pharmacy ORS costs only 20 rupees and works exactly the same way to keep your fluid levels up.
