Is indoor cycling good for weight loss?

I'm trying to lose some weight and don't have much space for a big machine. My friend suggested indoor cycling, but I'm not sure if it's really effective for weight loss. Kya yeh gym jaane jaisa hi hai?

Indoor cycling is actually great for sweating it out at home. Along with cycling, try drinking warm water with lemon in the morning. Just make sure you don't push too hard if your knees start hurting, better to consult a doctor if you feel any sharp pain.

Haan na, weight loss ke liye cycling is very good. I do it for 30 mins daily at home and sweat so much. Bas start slowly, slowly otherwise legs will jam up next day.

Welcome to the group! Indoor cycling is indeed fantastic for weight loss and builds great stamina. Just make sure your seat height is adjusted properly to avoid joint strain.

Cycling is a solid cardio option to burn calories. But remember, weight loss tabhi hoga when you are in a calorie deficit. Focus on high protein diet along with your cycling sessions.

I tried so many herbal teas and drinks, but cycling really gave me proper results. It is easy to do inside the house while watching TV. Do it at your own comfortable pace, no need to rush.

It actually works like magic, yaar. I was doing it last year and lost around 4 kgs in two months. Just keep the resistance decent and play some good music to keep going.

Indoor cycling is highly effective for cardiovascular health and burning calories. However, if you have any lower back or knee issues, please check with a doctor before starting intense sessions. It is always better to get a green light first.
