Is hiit good for weight loss?

I've been trying to get back in shape and my friends are all talking about HIIT workouts. They say it's super-efficient for shedding kgs. So, I'm wondering, is HIIT good for weight loss or just a lot of hype?

HIIT is pretty effective for fat loss, especially if you're short on time. It boosts your metabolism for hours after the workout. But remember, it's intense, so listen to your body and pair it with a good diet. Can't out-train a bad diet, right?

HIIT? Bro, I barely have energy to get out of bed, forget high-intensity interval training. 😂 But jokes aside, I heard it really works. Maybe if I can somehow manage to sleep for 8 hours straight, I'll give it a shot. Sleep is my first weight-loss goal right now!

For diabetics, intense workouts like HIIT need to be carefully monitored. It can affect blood sugar levels, so it's very important to talk to your doctor or a dietician first. Weight loss is good, but managing diabetes is crucial, so always prioritize that with proper medical guidance.

I've tried HIIT, and I definitely feel like it burns a lot of calories in a short time. But sometimes I worry if I'm pushing too hard, especially with my joints. Does anyone else get super sore after HIIT, or is it just me? I wonder if it's safe to do daily.

For weight loss, a mix of things works best, honestly. HIIT is good for calorie burn, but you also need to focus on what you eat. I find even simple things like brisk walking and eating ghar ka khana help a lot, alongside some intense workouts like HIIT once or twice a week. Listen to your body, always.

Initially, I found HIIT really tough and thought I'd never be able to do it, felt so out of breath! But after a few sessions, my stamina improved so much. It really helped me shed those last few stubborn kilos. Don't get discouraged if it feels hard at first.

If you have high BP or any heart issues, please consult your doctor before starting any intense workout like HIIT. While it's great for weight loss, it can put a lot of strain on your system. My doctor always says to take it slow and get a checkup first.

My doctor explained that HIIT is very effective for weight loss because it creates an 'afterburn effect,' meaning your body continues to burn calories even after you've finished exercising. However, it's high impact, so proper form is crucial to avoid injuries. It's often recommended in conjunction with strength training and a healthy diet for best results.
