Is halibut good for weight loss?

I'm trying to incorporate more lean protein into my diet to help with weight loss. I saw halibut at the store, but I'm not sure if it's a good choice. Is halibut considered good for weight loss?

Halibut is a great lean fish with good protein, but it is not easily available or cheap in India. You can easily substitute it with local fish like Rohu or Surmai which are equally healthy. Just grill or bake it instead of deep frying.

Eating simple baked fish and drinking warm ginger water can help with weight. But if you have sudden weight gain or feel very weak, don't rely only on diet changes. Go to a proper doctor and get your routine blood work done.

Yes, lean fish like halibut is good for weight loss as it has clean protein. But if your weight is not budging even with healthy eating, please get your thyroid levels checked. I struggled for years before discovering my thyroid issue.

Halibut is definitely good for weight loss, but my wallet also loses weight trying to buy it in India! Jokes apart, it is a clean source of protein. Just don't ruin it by frying it in butter and you are good to go.

It is really good for weight loss, ho na. Lean fish has very low fat and keeps you full for a long time. Just pair it with some sautéed vegetables for a perfect, light dinner.

Halibut is an excellent source of selenium and omega-3 fatty acids, which support metabolic health. My doctor advised me to include white fish twice a week to maintain a calorie deficit. Just be mindful of the cooking oil used.
