Be very careful with black coffee if you have high blood pressure, as the heavy caffeine can cause sudden spikes. Green tea is slightly milder, but neither is a substitute for a salt-restricted diet and regular checkups. Please consult your physician before increasing your daily caffeine intake.
Coffee gives me that amazing energy boost to avoid snacking, but green tea feels much lighter after a heavy, greasy lunch. Honestly, if you put tons of sugar and whipped cream in your coffee, green tea is definitely the winner for weight loss! Just choose whatever keeps you away from actual desserts.
I tried black coffee for weight loss, but it gave me terrible heart palpitations and anxiety. I am thinking of switching to green tea now, but does it also cause that jittery feeling? I would love to know if anyone else had the same experience with coffee.
Both are fine as long as they are sugar-free and you enjoy them. Don't stress too much about which is better, just enjoy your daily cup and keep moving.

I spend hours comparing green tea and coffee online, and honestly, both have their pros and cons. Coffee is great for focus but can ruin sleep, while green tea has less caffeine but tastes a bit bland. Just try not to overthink it like I do, and pick whichever makes you feel good and relaxed.
