Is gluten free better for weight loss?

I'm trying to shed a few kilos and have been researching different diets. Many online articles suggest gluten-free is better for weight loss. Is this true, or can I lose weight without going completely gluten-free?

Treat your body with love and do not force hard diets on it. Weight loss happens naturally when you eat simple, fresh food with gratitude. Stay peaceful and take care of your well-being.

Honestly bro, gluten-free is not some magic trick for weight loss. I cut out gluten for three months and didn't lose a single kilo because I was still overeating. It's all about calorie deficit, simple as that.

For my PCOS, cutting gluten helped slightly with bloating, but it didn't automatically make me lose weight. You still have to watch your overall portions and activity. Every body reacts differently so don't push yourself too hard.

I have seen many people jump on this trend. Often, gluten-free items like biscuits and breads have more fat and calories to compensate for the taste. Eating regular home food in controlled portions is far better and easier to sustain.

Why spend so much on expensive gluten-free flours? Just reduce your daily tea sugar, stop eating bakery items, and walk for 30 minutes. These simple things work much better for weight loss and cost nothing.

Scientifically, there is no evidence that gluten-free diets cause weight loss in healthy individuals. You might lose weight initially just because you are cutting out junk, but please consult a qualified nutritionist before changing your entire diet.

If you are struggling with weight, it's best to get your thyroid levels checked first. I was trying all these gluten-free diets without results until my doctor adjusted my dosage. Regular checkups are very important.
