Is flax seed good for weight loss?

I've gained a bit of weight recently and am looking for natural ways to shed some kilos. My bhabhi swears by flax seed for weight loss. Does it really work, or is it just a fad?

I track my macros and calories on MyFitnessPal, and I've found adding flax seed to my oatmeal or smoothies is helpful. It's high in fiber, which keeps me full for longer, and it's got healthy fats. So yeah, it aids in calorie control and digestion, which indirectly supports weight loss. Just make sure to track your overall intake.

Honestly, everything on the internet is 'good for weight loss' these days. Flax seed is healthy, sure, because of fiber and omega-3s. But will it magically make you lose weight? Probably not on its own. Don't fall for fads. Talk to a proper nutritionist for a plan that actually works for you.

Oh, I remember obsessing over every 'superfood' for weight loss. Flax seed is definitely healthy, high in fiber and good fats, which can help you feel full and manage your appetite. So in that sense, yes, it can be part of a weight loss journey. Don't panic and think you need to eat tons, just a spoon or two daily is enough.

Yes, flax seed is good. We use it at home. It's high in fiber, so you feel full and don't overeat. You can grind it and put it in your atta for roti, or sprinkle it on your dal. Simple changes like this are easier to stick to than fancy diets, and they actually work slowly but surely.

Absolutely, flax seed is great for weight loss. High fiber means better digestion and feeling full, so you eat less. Plus, the omega-3s are good for overall health. Add it to your smoothies, curd, or sprinkle on salads. It's a smart addition to any weight-loss diet.
