Is factor good for weight loss?

My friend has been using 'Factor' for her diet and says it really helps with weight loss. I'm considering trying it myself, but I want to know if it's generally considered a good option for losing weight. What are its benefits?

They are quite convenient if you are too busy to cook! Just keep an eye on the calorie counts for each meal as some can be surprisingly high. Combined with regular walks, it can definitely help!

My mother always said that fresh, home-cooked food has the best nutrition. While these ready meals might save time, nothing beats traditional meals with controlled oil. Consult a dietitian to plan what suits your body best.

For weight loss, you need to watch the carb and sodium content in processed meals, even healthy ones. Cooking fresh meals at home is much safer for managing both weight and blood sugar levels effectively.

Yes, they make tracking your macros super easy since the exact protein, carbs, and fats are printed on the package. It's a great tool if you are trying to stay in a strict calorie deficit but don't have time to meal prep.

Honestly, those pre-made meals are way too expensive for a student budget. I just cook basic chicken, rice, and veggies at home, which works perfectly for my fitness goals and is much cheaper.
