Is factor for weight loss?

I'm trying to lose weight and have been looking into different diet plans and supplements. Someone recommended something called 'Factor' to me for weight loss. Is this actually effective, or just another fad?

If you are talking about Factor meal deliveries, they can help with portion control, but you must watch out for hidden sugars and sodium. As a diabetic, I prefer cooking fresh meals at home where I can control the exact ingredients.

It can be helpful for busy days, but simple home-cooked food is usually best for long-term health. Take it easy and see what works for your body.

Honestly, these fancy pre-packaged meals are too expensive and never taste like actual home-cooked food. A simple plate of dal, roti, and sabzi works just fine for weight loss if you control the oil!

Factor meals can provide convenient, calorie-controlled options for weight loss, but they are not a magic solution. Consistent lifestyle changes, proper hydration, and daily physical activity are what actually sustain weight loss over time.

Honestly yaar, actually those subscription meals are okay for convenience, but they get super boring after a week. Real, fresh meals cooked at home are much cheaper and healthier for weight loss in the long run.
