Is eucalyptus safe for pregnancy?

My nani told me to use eucalyptus oil for steam when I have a cold, saying it's very good. But now I'm pregnant, so I'm a bit worried if it's safe for the baby. Can I still use it or should I avoid it?

I had terrible sinus blocks during my second pregnancy. Using a drop of Nilgiri oil in steam inhalation was my savior, but make sure to dilute it heavily and never ingest any essential oils.

My sister was asking about this because of her cold. From what she found out, inhaling it in hot water is fine, but you shouldn't apply concentrated eucalyptus oil directly on your skin.

A little bit of eucalyptus oil aroma can relieve a blocked nose naturally. But if you have severe breathing issues or a heavy fever, please go to the clinic instead of relying on home remedies.

People assume everything natural is 100% safe, which is a big mistake. Always verify with your gynecologist before using things like eucalyptus because some herbal extracts are too strong for pregnancy.

Humare yahan to sardi-khansi mein Nilgiri tel ka bhaap lene ko bolte hain. Par jab bahu pet se thi, tab doctor se pooch kar hi thoda sa istemal kiya tha.

I used a commercial vapor rub containing eucalyptus when I had a cold during my pregnancy, as it was quick and easy. Just run it by your doctor during your next visit to be completely safe.

A light walk in the morning can clear your nasal passages naturally. If you still want to use eucalyptus diffusers, make sure the room is well-ventilated and your doctor is okay with it.
