Is eating 2 meals a day healthy for weight loss?

Someone at my gym told me that eating only two meals a day can be really good for weight loss. Is this a healthy approach, or could it affect my metabolism or energy levels?

I personally switched to 2 meals a day (lunch and dinner) last year and lost 8 kgs. I am not an expert, but it worked for my schedule and stopped my late-night snacking. Just sharing what worked for me.

It's basically Intermittent Fasting. If you can pack all your daily nutrients into those two meals without bloating, go for it. If you end up overeating during those meals, it defeats the entire purpose.

I used to panic thinking skipping breakfast would ruin my metabolism or cause health issues. But once I adjusted, my body felt lighter and my digestion actually improved. It's totally normal for some bodies to prefer two meals.

I tried eating just two meals a day and my blood sugar levels dropped dangerously low, causing me to faint. Do not start this without asking a doctor, especially if you have any existing health conditions.

Please be careful. I tried skipping breakfast to eat 2 meals a day, ignored my constant acidity and ended up with severe stomach ulcers. Get yourself checked by a doctor before changing your eating patterns so drastically.

I know how exhausting it is to constantly worry about meal timing and weight. Trying to stick to just 2 meals made me feel so guilty whenever I felt hungry in between. Be kind to your body, weight loss shouldn't feel like punishment.
