Is cramping an early pregnancy sign?

I'm trying to conceive and my period is due in a few days, but I've had some very light cramping for the last two days. It's not like my usual period cramps, less intense. Could this be an early sign of pregnancy?

Back when my wife was pregnant, she complained of cramps and I thought it was just my bad cooking! But yes, it is indeed an early sign. Better get ready for a roller coaster ride of symptoms!

Yes beta, mild cramping happens when the baby is settling in the womb. Drink warm water and rest well, do not lift heavy buckets. But if the pain increases, consult your doctor immediately.

It is very common. I tried drinking ginger water and using warm compresses when I had it. It helps soothe the mild pain, but please confirm with a urine strip test first before trying anything else.

Yes, implantation cramps are real. If you are active, just dial down the intensity of your workouts. A gentle, slow walk is perfectly fine and actually helps with mild abdominal discomfort if the doctor allows.

Yes, it is! I thought my periods were coming and drank three cups of tea, only to find out I was pregnant. Now my kid doesn't let me sleep at night, so enjoy your peaceful sleep while you can!
