Is corn good for weight loss at night?

I heard that eating certain foods at night can affect weight loss. I often have some boiled corn as a snack. Is corn good for weight loss if eaten at night?

Nah man, eating corn at night is a bad idea if you want to lose weight. It has too many carbs and starch, which your body won't burn off while sleeping. Better to eat boiled eggs or some cucumber salad for dinner.

Eating heavy carbs at night might slow down your weight loss journey! 🌽 Corn is delicious, but since it is starchy, it's much better to enjoy it as an afternoon snack rather than right before sleeping.

Actually, corn at night is not a great option, yaar. It is heavy to digest and the high carb content might just get stored as fat because our metabolism slows down during sleep. Try lighter things like clear soup instead.

I get those midnight cravings too, and a hot cup of sweet corn with masala sounds amazing. But honestly, saving the corn for a daytime snack is better because those carbs won't let you lose weight if you eat them right before bed.

I used to eat boiled corn cups at night thinking it was a healthy, low-fat dinner, but my weight loss stalled and I felt bloated. Once I stopped eating corn at night and switched to grilled paneer or dal soup, my digestion improved and I started losing weight again.

Eating heavy starchy foods like corn late at night gave me severe acid reflux and disturbed my sleep completely. If you are experiencing digestive issues or weight gain, please consult your doctor to understand what food timing suits your system.

Don't stress too much about dinner rules, but starchy foods like corn can sometimes cause bloating and heavy digestion at night. It is better to have a light dinner like vegetable daliya. Take care of your stomach, okay?
