Is core power good for weight loss?

I'm trying to shed some kilos and saw this 'Core Power' brand at the store. Does anyone know if it's actually good for weight loss or just another gimmick?

I used Core Power shakes during my weight loss journey last year. They are great for a quick 26g of protein, but remember they still contain calories and some sugar. Only use them as a meal replacement or post-workout drink, don't just add them on top of your regular meals.

I used to panic thinking I was ruining my diet every time I had a bottled protein shake because of the carb content. But honestly, it's totally fine as long as you fit it into your daily calorie limit. It actually helped me stay full and stop snacking on junk.

These modern bottled drinks are okay for convenience, but for weight loss, natural protein is always better. Sattu water with a bit of roasted cumin, or simple buttermilk (chaas), are traditional home options that are light on the stomach and very cheap. Try those too.

I always worry about the artificial sweeteners and preservatives they put in these ready-to-drink shakes. What if they mess up our gut flora and actually make weight loss harder in the long run? Maybe check the ingredient list carefully before making it a daily habit.

I personally drink Core Power after my gym sessions because it is convenient and easy on my stomach. It helped me hit my protein targets while cutting down on fat. However, everyone's body reacts differently to dairy-based shakes, so see how it suits you.

Actually yaar, Core Power is super tasty but it has like 5 to 7 grams of sugar depending on the version. If you are on a very strict low-carb diet, those extra sugars might slow you down. It's better to stick to plain whey protein isolate with water if you want pure protein.
