Is coke zero ok for weight loss?

I'm trying to cut calories and lose weight, so I switched to Coke Zero. Does drinking Coke Zero actually help with weight loss, or is it just a perceived benefit because it has no sugar?

My family always says to drink tender coconut water for health, but my nutritionist told me that for strict calorie counting, an occasional Coke Zero is okay. It doesn't add calories to your diet, but you must still drink plenty of actual water to stay healthy.

Actually yaar, Coke Zero has saved me during my late-night cravings. It has literally zero calories, so it won't mess with your calorie budget at all. Just don't overdo it because artificial sweeteners can sometimes bloat you up.

I totally get how hard it is to quit sweet things when trying to lose weight! Having a Coke Zero once in a while helps me stay on track without feeling deprived. Just try not to rely on it every day, and focus on clean home-cooked meals.

I kept drinking diet sodas to suppress my appetite instead of eating properly, ignored my constant fatigue, and eventually collapsed due to severe nutritional deficiency. Please get a proper blood checkup done and let a dietitian plan your weight loss instead of using shortcuts.

I drank a lot of diet sodas during my extreme weight loss phase and ended up with severe gut acidity and digestive issues. Please be careful and don't replace healthy meals with these drinks. If you have chronic digestion problems, consult a physician before using artificial sweeteners.

People online will tell you Coke Zero is a miracle for weight loss, but artificial sweeteners can still mess with your insulin sensitivity. Don't base your diet on internet trends. Ask a certified clinical nutritionist who knows your medical history.
