Is coffee ok for weight loss?

I'm trying to lose some weight before my cousin's wedding next year. I drink coffee to stay active. I was wondering if coffee actually helps with weight loss, or if it makes no difference.

I worry a lot about heart rate and acidity, so I always drink coffee with caution. It can boost metabolism a bit, but please don't drink too much of it on an empty stomach because it might cause heavy gastric issues or anxiety. Always monitor how your body reacts to it first.

I can only tell you what worked for me during my gym phase. I shifted from heavy milk tea to black coffee before my workouts and it definitely gave me a good energy boost. I didn't lose weight just because of coffee, but it helped me burn more calories during exercise.

Weight loss doesn't happen by drinking some magic coffee. If you add three spoons of sugar and full-fat milk to your coffee, you will gain weight, not lose it. Keep it black or with very little milk, and focus on your daily food and walking.

Haan bilkul, black coffee toh kaafi help karti hai weight loss mein, especially workout se pehle. Par raat ko mat peena na, neend kharab ho jayegi toh weight gain ulta ho jayega. Balance banake rakho bas.

At 50, my metabolism has gone for a permanent vacation. I drink black coffee hoping it will burn my fat, but honestly, unless I stop eating those evening murukkus, nothing is going to happen. It does keep me awake through my afternoon exhaustion though!
