Is ciplox safe in pregnancy?

I'm in my first trimester and have a slight infection, for which the doctor prescribed Ciplox. My mother-in-law is worried about taking any medication during pregnancy. Is Ciplox generally considered safe during pregnancy?

Look, medicines during pregnancy are a very sensitive topic. While eating well and staying active (if your doctor allows) is generally good, for any medication, you absolutely MUST consult your Gynae. Don't take chances here.

During pregnancy, it's important to be extra careful with anything you consume. Stay positive, keep faith, and always, always ask your doctor about any medicine like Ciplox before taking it. They will guide you best for your and baby's well-being.

I remember asking the same question when I was pregnant! My gynaecologist was very clear: no medication without her explicit approval. Ciplox is an antibiotic and might not be safe. Please just call your doctor and confirm; don't rely on online advice for this.

OMG, if you're pregnant, please don't take any medicine without asking your doctor! Like, seriously. My friend took something once and got so worried. Just call your doc, it's better to be safe than sorry, always.

It's completely understandable to feel anxious about medications during pregnancy. Your priority is your baby's safety. Ciplox is a strong antibiotic. You MUST speak to your gynaecologist immediately before considering taking it. They will know what's truly safe.

For something as critical as pregnancy, every medication needs a green light from your doctor. Ciplox might have contraindications. Please, for your peace of mind and the baby's safety, get it checked by your gynaecologist immediately.

Even for something like BP, doctors are very careful with what they prescribe during pregnancy. For any medicine like Ciplox, you must not take it unless your doctor has specifically prescribed it, knowing you are pregnant. Regular checkups and asking the doctor is the only way.

Yaar, during pregnancy, actually no medicine is 'safe' unless your doctor says it is. Ciplox is a pretty strong antibiotic, so defo check with your gynaecologist ASAP. Don't take any risks with your little one!

No, no, no! For pregnancy and medications, you absolutely cannot trust anything online. Ciplox is a serious drug. Go straight to your gynecologist, tell them you're pregnant and what you might need. Don't risk it with internet advice.

Beti, when you are expecting, you have to be very, very careful. No medicine without asking the doctor. For small things, sometimes haldi-doodh or ginger tea helps, but for medicines like Ciplox, only the doctor can tell you if it's safe for you and the baby. Please ask them.
