See, during pregnancy, you can't just take risks. Forget what everyone else says. Just ask your gynaecologist directly about chamomile tea. That's the only safe answer you'll get, sister.

Hey, I totally get why you're asking this! It's so confusing what's safe and what's not. Honestly, don't stress too much. For something like pregnancy, it's always best to just quickly ask your doctor. They'll give you the clearest answer!

When my bahu was pregnant, she wanted to drink this tea. I told her, 'Beta, for you and for the baby, best to ask the doctor. What is good for one person might not be for another.' Always listen to the doctor, they know best.

I had a complicated pregnancy, so I learned to be extremely careful with everything. Even if something seems harmless, like a tea, it can sometimes have effects you don't know about. Please, for your peace of mind and the baby's safety, ask your gynaecologist. Don't risk it.

During my pregnancies, I made it a point to ask my doctor about every single thing, even simple teas. While some sources say chamomile is fine, others advise caution. My tip is always to go straight to your OB-GYN. They know your health history and can give you the most accurate advice. Don't take chances.

I can't really give medical advice, but when my wife was pregnant, her doctor told her to avoid most herbal teas, including chamomile, unless specifically approved. So, based on our experience, it's worth checking with your own doctor.
