Is carrot juice good for weight loss?

I'm on a weight loss journey and I love having fresh juices. I've been making a lot of carrot juice. Is carrot juice effective for weight loss, or should I be focusing on other drinks?

I tried drinking carrot juice daily for weight loss, but honestly, eating the whole carrot is much better. Juicing removes all the fiber, which means you get hungry faster and end up consuming more sugar. Eat raw carrots as a mid-day snack instead.

It can be a nice, refreshing addition to your diet. Just don't rely only on juices to lose weight, and focus on overall healthy eating.

Instead of buying expensive diet plans or fancy juices, just eat regular ghar ka khana in smaller portions. A simple raw carrot before your lunch will fill you up nicely and cost almost nothing, plus you get all the digestive fiber.

I drank too much raw vegetable juice daily and ended up with severe stomach cramps and kidney stones due to high oxalate intake. Please don't overdo any single juice for weight loss and consult a doctor first if you have any pre-existing issues.

When I consulted the clinical dietician at Apollo Hospital, she strictly told me to avoid drinking fruit and vegetable juices for weight loss. She advised eating whole raw vegetables instead to control blood sugar and keep hunger away.

Gajar khana toh sehat ke liye bahut accha hai ji, par ras nikalne se uska pura fada chala jata hai. Aap roz subah ek gajar aise hi chaba kar khaiye, pet bhi bharega aur vajan bhi thik rahega.

Carrot is a very sattvik food that brings natural energy to the body. Drinking a small cup of fresh, unsweetened juice in the morning can help cleanse your system, but combine it with regular yoga and deep breathing for true wellness.
