I was also reading about this diet online last week, but honestly, it sounds a bit extreme to only eat meat. Does it not cause digestion issues or constipation? I am really scared to try it without knowing how our body reacts to no fiber.
Listen, don't stress too much about these extreme internet trends, yaar. Cutting out every single veggie and roti just to lose weight is not practical in the long run. Just eat clean, control your portions, and you will see results naturally.
I have tried so many things like warm lemon water, methi seeds, and strict dieting for weight loss over the years. But honestly, completely skipping regular ghar ka khaana like dal and rice for only meat is very hard to sustain. Balanced eating is always better for our Indian bodies.

It can be very confusing with so many diets around. Just take it easy and don't push your body into anything too drastic. Your health and comfort should always come first.
With my busy office hours, managing a pure carnivore diet is practically impossible because meal prep takes too much time. Plus, eating only meat is very expensive and hard to find during client lunches. Better to stick to simple portion control and regular walks.
