Is carnivore diet good for pcos?

I have PCOS and have been struggling with my symptoms for a while now. A friend mentioned the 'carnivore diet' could help. Is it actually beneficial for managing PCOS?

For hormonal balance like PCOS, a gentle lifestyle is best. Heavy meat diets can increase inflammation in the body. Try gentle yoga, pranayama, and eating fresh, organic vegetarian food to heal naturally.

Haan, I have heard people talk about this online, but eating only meat is very difficult for us in India, na! It is better to just cut down on junk food, maida, and sugar instead of going so extreme.

Beta, hormonal diseases need a calm body. Eating heavy meats all the time will create stomach heat. Traditional herbs like methi and a light, balanced diet are always safer. Speak to a doctor before changing your food completely.

With PCOS and thyroid, our metabolism is already sensitive. Extreme low-carb diets can sometimes crash your thyroid hormone levels. Please get regular blood panels done and consult an endocrinologist first.

My daughter has PCOS and we found that reducing processed food and going for a daily 30-minute walk worked best. Extreme diets are too hard for young girls to sustain and can cause nutritional deficiencies. Keep it simple and stress-free.

For PCOS, simple home remedies like drinking spearmint tea and eating high-fiber foods can help regulate periods. But if you have severe cysts or pain, don't experiment with carnivore diets. See a gynecologist immediately.
