Honestly, yes, it's great because it is very low in calories but highly filling. I swap my dinner carbs with roasted butternut squash all the time. Just don't ruin it by adding loads of butter or cream while cooking.

Haan, weight loss ke liye toh mast option hai. Low calorie toh hai hi, plus fiber bhi achha hota hai isme toh jaldi bhook nahi lagti. Thoda boil karke soup bana lo ya normal saute kar lo, taste badhiya aata hai na.

It can be good for weight loss, but you should still consult your dietitian first to see how it fits your daily calorie limit. Everyone's body reacts differently to starch. Better to get a personalized meal plan checked for your specific health goals.

Weight loss requires patience, and eating natural foods like butternut squash definitely helps. I make a simple warm soup of squash with a little ginger and cumin when I feel bloated. It is very soothing on the stomach and keeps you light.

I lost about 5 kgs last year and butternut squash was a regular on my plate. My tip is to roast it with just a brush of olive oil, salt, and black pepper. It satisfies that sweet craving too so you don't go looking for desserts later.

I used to panic thinking all sweet-tasting veggies like squash would make me gain weight and ruin my diet. But my nutritionist reassured me it's totally normal and healthy to eat squash. It actually helped me manage my portion sizes so much better.
