Is broccoli good for weight loss?

I'm trying to lose some weight, and my gym trainer suggested adding more vegetables to my diet. I usually eat a lot of broccoli. Is broccoli considered a good vegetable for weight loss?

I lost 12 kgs last year and broccoli was a staple in my dinner. The trick is to steam it and season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. It keeps you full for hours so you don't mindlessly snack at night.

Yes, it is excellent for weight loss because of high fiber. I use it to control my weight and blood pressure. But remember to get regular health checkups too, as weight loss requires a complete lifestyle change, not just one vegetable.

It is perfect for weight loss and very safe for diabetic people. It has almost no impact on blood sugar levels while giving you lots of fiber. Just don't cook it in heavy cream or cheese sauces which add unnecessary calories.

Broccoli is wonderful for cutting calories, but don't force yourself to eat it if you find it bland. You can get similar weight loss benefits from local cabbage, cauliflower, and bhindi. Consistency in your daily diet is what matters most.

My family physician highly recommends broccoli for weight management because of its high water and fiber content. It requires more chewing which naturally slows down your eating speed, helping with satiety signals. It's a great addition to any calorie-deficit diet.
