Is biking good for weight loss?

I'm looking for a fun way to get active and lose some weight. I used to enjoy cycling as a kid. Will biking regularly actually help me with weight loss?

Oh, is it really? I've been thinking of starting some exercise for weight loss. How long do you need to bike for it to be effective? Is it okay if I'm not super fit already?

Biking for weight loss? Beta, I'd rather bike to the fridge and back. But yes, technically, it burns calories. If I could actually find the energy to do it daily, I'm sure I'd look like a superhero. For now, it's just my dreams doing the heavy lifting.

Is biking good for weight loss? Only if you don't cycle to the nearest pakora shop, my friend! 😉 But yes, it's fantastic cardio, gets the heart pumping and calories burning. Just don't forget the helmet!
