Yes, B6 is completely safe and actually one of the first things doctors prescribe to tackle morning sickness. Just stick to the recommended dosage your OB-GYN gives you instead of self-medicating.

My cousin was taking B6 tablets throughout her first trimester because she had terrible nausea. It is totally safe from what I know, but obviously, check with your doctor before starting any pills.

When I had severe pregnancy complications, my doctor monitored every single supplement very closely, including Vitamin B6. It is safe, but please let your gynaecologist decide the exact dosage based on your blood reports.

I completely understand how terrifying it is to put any medicine in your body right now, I was a nervous wreck too! But B6 is actually very safe and commonly used for nausea. Talk to your doctor to put your mind at ease.

Vitamin B6 is safe and gentle for the body, especially for easing pregnancy sickness. Along with the supplement prescribed by your doctor, practicing deep, gentle breathing in fresh air can also help calm your stomach.

In our times, doctors would give us simple B6 tablets when we couldn't keep food down due to nausea. It is a time-tested and safe vitamin, so do not worry. Just follow your doctor's instructions.

It is safe and essential for protein metabolism. You can also get it naturally from foods like bananas, chickpeas, and whole grains. But if you have severe morning sickness, your doctor's supplement is the best way to go.
