Is avocado good for weight loss?

I'm on a weight loss journey and trying to incorporate more healthy fats into my diet. I heard avocados are good for you, but can they actually help with weight loss?

To manage my high blood pressure, I had to lose weight and fix my diet. Avocados helped keep me full, which stopped my junk cravings. Just make sure to get your regular BP and cholesterol checkups done while changing your lifestyle.

Yes, the fiber and healthy fats in avocados are great for satiety during weight loss. But remember, calories still count, so stick to portion control. Combine this with daily cardio or walking if your physician allows it.

I recently lost 12 kgs and avocado was a big part of my breakfast. It keeps you so full that you won't feel like snacking till lunchtime. Trust me, it really works if you replace processed fats with this.

For managing my diabetes and weight, avocado is perfect because it has virtually no sugar and doesn't cause insulin spikes. However, they are high in calories, so I only eat half a day. Portion control is very important for us.

Avocado is basically the only fat that won't make you look like a potato. It tricks your brain into thinking you had a heavy meal while actually keeping your waistline happy. Just don't eat it with a side of french fries!
