Is airborne safe during pregnancy?

I'm in my second trimester, and my immune system feels a bit down. I was thinking of taking Airborne supplements, but I'm not sure if they are safe to use while pregnant.

Hmm, 'Airborne' sounds like something my doctor would squint at during pregnancy. Stick to fruits and veggies for vitamins, those are yummy and safe! Maybe some nice hot chai with ginger for immunity instead? 😉

Honestly, for anything during pregnancy, especially supplements or medicines, it is always, always best to get a green light from your gynaecologist. Don't take any chances, please. What's safe for others might not be for you and the baby.

During pregnancy, our elders always say to be very careful with medicines. My doctor also advises to check with her before taking any kind of supplement. So, for Airborne, please consult your own doctor, only they can say for sure.

I'm pregnant and so worried about taking anything wrong! There are so many supplements out there. I wonder if anyone else here got advice from their doctor about Airborne specifically? I'm scared to try new things.

Generally, for immunity, proper diet, enough rest, and light exercise (if cleared by doc) are the best. Supplements can be tricky, especially during pregnancy. Always check the ingredients and run it by your doctor.
