Is acupuncture safe during pregnancy?

I'm pregnant and experiencing a lot of back pain. A friend suggested acupuncture for relief, but I'm concerned if it's safe to do while expecting a baby.

My doctor actually said it can be safe for certain conditions like morning sickness or back pain during pregnancy, but it's super important to go to a certified practitioner who specializes in prenatal acupuncture. They know which points to avoid. Always clear it with your OB-GYN first, they can tell you if it's right for your specific situation.

Dekho behen, pregnancy mein koi bhi nayi cheez try karne se pehle, doctor se pooch lena chahiye. Better safe than sorry, na? Acupuncture ke baare mein mujhe zyada nahi pata, but doc will know best for you and baby.

During this sacred time, always choose what brings you peace and well-being. If you are considering acupuncture, do it with a pure heart and trust. And always, always take your doctor's advice. Stay positive and take good care of yourself and the little one.

Hmm, I've seen some health apps mention alternative therapies. For acupuncture in pregnancy, I'd say the biggest thing is finding a really qualified and experienced therapist. And definitely, cross-check with your gynaecologist. It's a big decision, so better to be super careful.

I actually had severe morning sickness in my first trimester and my doctor suggested trying acupuncture, but with a specialist they recommended. It really helped me feel a bit better. Just make sure your doctor knows and you go to someone legit. Don't just pick anyone.
