Is 4 hours of sleep better than none?

Some nights, I get really busy and only manage to get around 4 hours of sleep. My mother always says 'something is better than nothing'. Is 4 hours of sleep really better than none, even if it's not ideal? I try to make up on weekends.

Definitely, 4 hours of sleep is much better than staying awake all night. It saves you from getting sick and spending money on doctor visits and medicines later.

Yes, absolutely! Even a short 4-hour sleep gives your brain some time to reset. Just try to take a small 20-minute power nap in the afternoon if you feel tired.

I totally get it, sometimes life is so busy that sleep gets ignored. But yes, 4 hours of sleep is way better than zero sleep, so close your eyes and sleep now!

Yes, 4 hours is definitely better than pulling an all-nighter, bro. Don't stress too much about the perfect 8 hours today, just sleep as much as you can.

Yes, 4 hours of sleep is medically better than zero sleep, as it allows for at least some REM cycles. However, if this is a chronic issue, you should consult a doctor.
