Is 30 minutes on the treadmill good for weight loss?

I'm trying to lose some weight and have started using the treadmill at home. I usually do about 30 minutes on it. Is 30 minutes on the treadmill good for weight loss, or should I be doing more?

Dude, 30 minutes on the treadmill is definitely good! Don't stress too much about needing to do hours. If you're consistent and push yourself a bit, it will absolutely help with weight loss, especially if you're also eating well.

I used to obsess over needing to run for an hour, but honestly, 30 minutes of brisk walking or light jogging on the treadmill made a huge difference for me when I combined it with diet changes. It's totally good enough to start seeing results!

Oh, I totally get why you'd ask if it's 'enough'. I always worry about that too! But 30 minutes on the treadmill is a fantastic starting point. It burns calories and improves your heart health, which definitely helps with weight loss. Don't doubt yourself.

Yes, for sure! 30 minutes on the treadmill regularly, even just walking at a good pace or doing inclines, can really contribute to weight loss. It's realistic to stick to, and consistency is super important. Keep it up!

30 minutes on the treadmill is a good investment of your time. Don't need fancy classes or expensive equipment. Just put on some good music, and walk or jog consistently. Combine it with sensible eating to see results and save money on fad diets.

It's natural to feel like you need to do more, but 30 minutes on the treadmill is a very respectable workout! Feeling like you're not doing 'enough' is a common anxiety. Just focus on making it a regular habit and you'll see progress.

Yeah, I've seen a lot of info suggesting that 30 minutes of moderate-intensity cardio, like on a treadmill, is effective for burning calories and supporting weight loss. It's a pretty standard recommendation.
