Is 20 pounds noticeable weight loss?

I'm on a weight loss journey and have managed to shed about 20 pounds so far. I'm feeling better, but I'm curious if this amount of weight loss is typically noticeable to others around me?

Noticeable? My friend, after 20 pounds, your old clothes will be like ghost costumes! 😂 People will definitely be asking if you've been working out or if you got a new tailor. So yes, very noticeable. Good job!

Oh, absolutely! I lost around 20 pounds last year, and people started commenting almost immediately. My face looked leaner, my clothes fit so much better, and I had way more energy. It makes a big difference, trust me!

I've been trying to lose weight and was wondering this exact thing! I've lost about 15 pounds and feel a difference, but I'm not sure if others really see it yet. Does losing 20 pounds make a big difference in how people perceive you, or is it more about how you feel?
