Is 2 hours of sleep better than none?
Sometimes I have really late nights with work, and I only get a couple of hours of sleep. My mother says even a little bit is better than nothing at all. Is two hours of sleep better than getting no sleep?

Absolutely, any sleep is better than no sleep at all. It can help recharge you a bit.
Oh, I've definitely been there, pulling all-nighters! And yes, even a short nap or 2 hours of sleep feels like a lifesaver compared to nothing. But then I'm anxious all day about being tired. Does anyone else feel super messed up even after a little sleep?
From a fitness perspective, even 2 hours can make a difference. It's not ideal for recovery or muscle growth, but it's enough to prevent some serious mental fogginess and physical slowdown. Think of it as a small win when you can't get more. Long-term, aim for 7-8 hours, just like consistent workouts and good protein.
From my experience, when I've had absolutely no sleep, I feel terrible and can't focus. But even just an hour or two of sleep, though not enough, helps me feel slightly human and able to function. It's not advice, just how I've felt in those situations.

That's a good question! I've read a bit about sleep debt, and even short bursts of sleep can help reduce the deficit a little. So, logic would say yes, 2 hours is definitely better than zero. But definitely not a long-term solution, right?
