Is 10lbs weight loss noticeable?

I've managed to lose about 10 pounds over the last two months. I'm wondering if this 10lbs weight loss is noticeable to others, or if it's too little to make a difference.

Haan ji, 10 pounds can make a good difference, especially in how your clothes fit. It's a nice milestone. For general health, regular walking and eating fresh ghar ka khana helps. But if you have underlying issues making weight loss difficult, definitely see a good doc.

For sure, 10 lbs (about 4.5 kg) can definitely be noticeable, especially if you're on the smaller side to begin with. With PCOS, weight loss can be challenging, so every bit counts and is a huge win. Keep at it, but also listen to your body and don't push too hard.

10 pounds? Beta, at my age, I gain 10 pounds just looking at a ladoo, haha! But yes, for sure it's noticeable. Your clothes will feel looser, your face might look a bit slimmer. It's a great start, don't stop there!

Yes, 10 lbs is a very good start, and often people around you will notice too. For me, losing even a small amount like that helped my BP readings slightly. It’s about building healthy habits, regular walks and keeping an eye on diet. Keep up the good work!

Bilkul, it is noticeable! When I was younger and watched my weight, even 5-7 pounds made a difference in how I felt and looked. 10 pounds is a great achievement. Your energy levels will improve, and clothes will fit better. Don't worry, people will see it.
