Is 10 lb weight loss noticeable?

I've been working out and watching my diet, and I've lost about 10 pounds. I feel a bit different, but I'm not sure if others can tell. Is 10 lbs weight loss usually noticeable?

Oh, bilkul! 10 pound (about 4.5 kg) is a good amount. People will surely notice, especially in your face and clothes. You will also feel lighter and more energetic. Keep up the good work, bacha!

Definitely noticeable! Around 4.5 kg is a good amount of weight, especially if you're consistent with your diet and exercise. You'll feel it in your stamina during workouts, and you'll definitely see it in the mirror. Good job!

Absolutely, 10 lbs is definitely noticeable. You'll likely see changes in how your clothes fit and probably in your energy levels. It's a good milestone. Keep focusing on consistent, healthy habits rather than just the number, and you'll see even more progress.

Yes, 10 pounds (around 4.5 kg) is usually noticeable, especially if you're not very tall or if it's the first bit of weight you've lost. Your clothes will likely feel looser, and you might see changes in your face and midsection. It's a great start!
